Editorial Policy

A practical quality standard for research, review and corrections.

Research and sources

We prioritize first-party public data, government resources, established industry references and clearly documented internal calculations. Sources should be relevant to the claim and recent enough for the project type.

Editorial review

Drafts may use software and AI-assisted workflows for organization or analysis, but no generated draft publishes automatically. A page must pass editorial review and receive APPROVED and PUBLISHED statuses before it can be indexed.

Updates

Cost pages are reviewed when underlying datasets change and on a scheduled basis appropriate to the topic. The visible “last updated” date reflects a substantive review, not a cosmetic timestamp change.

Corrections

Send supported corrections through our contact form using the Correction topic. We review the evidence and update material errors promptly.
